Job summary

Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, community, or school settings in Norfolk, VA.

We offer a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options, PTO, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Strong communication and reliability are essential to help children reach meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
