Job summary

Dream Builders ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time afternoon role working with children in home and community settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, with consistent weekly hours.

You will implement treatment plans, provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and communicate with parents and supervisors. A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma are required; Bachelor's degree preferred, autism experience beneficial,

This is a part-time afternoon position working directly with children in home and/or community settings. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
