Job summary

Dream Builders ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time after-school hours 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings, under BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect data, follow BIPs, communicate with families, participate in supervision, and have opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background check.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is a part-time afternoon position working directly with children in home and/\or community settings.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Consistent weekly hours
