Job summary

Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring, reliable Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.

You will implement treatment plans created by experienced BCBAs, collect session data, and collaborate closely with families and your BCBA. A supportive leadership team and opportunities for mentorship are offered, with competitive pay and consistent schedules.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
