About the Role

We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real‑life skills and confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification (required)

• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
