Job summary

Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring, reliable Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will follow treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs and help children build real-life skills and confidence.

You bring active RBT certification, reliability, and a passion for learning. You will collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, receiving mentorship and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification (required).
• Experience with children (ABA experience is a plus).
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
