Job summary

Skill Builders ABA is hiring caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.

You will follow plans created by experienced BCBAs, collect session data, and collaborate with families to help children build real-life skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
