Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA-created treatment plan and collect data on client progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), collaborative leadership, ongoing hands-on training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
