Job summary

Acclimate ABA Therapy in Utah seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, under BCBA guidance.

You'll collect data, write session notes, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support client growth while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive culture. This role offers part-time or full-time options with health coverage and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.

• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
