Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate client support, strong organizational skills, and reliable transportation for visits across locations in Utah. Flexible full-/part-time scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
