Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful one-on-one ABA therapy for clients in home, school, and community settings.

Under supervision of BCBAs, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document progress through session notes. We value collaboration, growth, and a supportive work culture with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
