Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Nashville team. You will provide in-person ABA therapy to children in homes, clinics, or school settings, under BCBA supervision.

You will collect progress data, follow intervention plans, participate in supervision, and attend team trainings. Part-time role with weekday/weekend hours; competitive pay $26–$28 per hour, with PTO accrual and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification (Required).

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do
