Job summary

KB Behavioral Health in Puryear, TN, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The position is full-time and in-person, delivering evidence-based interventions to children in their homes.

You will collect data on progress, follow behavior plans, and collaborate with families and team members. Training to obtain RBT certification is provided, with opportunities for career growth and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Behavior Technician (RBT) - Puryear, TN | KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company. This full-time in-person role supports children in their homes using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
