Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Antioch, TN for in-person ABA therapy with children. You will work 30 hours per week, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, delivering therapy in homes, clinics, or schools under BCBA supervision.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 40-hour RBT training, and a passion for supporting children with special needs. Full-time benefits apply for eligible staff.

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.
• Experience with children and reliable transportation are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in child’s home/school/clinic setting.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

About The Role

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Antioch, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
