Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in Dickson, TN. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior plans and support skill development.

The role requires completing a 40-hour RBT training and having reliable transportation. Part-time hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–3:00pm, with competitive pay and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in client’s home/classroom/clinic setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

About the Role

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Dickson, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting

What You’ll Need
