Job summary

Behavior Plus ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Memphis-area team, working under a BCBA supervision to implement ABA plans for children with autism and developmental differences.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow treatment plans, collect data, and support social, communication, and daily living skills while communicating with parents and supervisors. Flexible part-time and full-time options, with paid training and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• A caring, patient, and professional attitude is essential.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference.
