Behavior Plus ABA is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Memphis-area team and work directly with children and families under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans that make a real difference across home and care settings.

Expect flexible part-time and full-time shifts with daytime and after-school availability. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, plus paid training, bonuses, and strong growth paths into Lead RBT or BCBA roles.

Position Summary
