Behavior Plus ABA in Memphis, TN, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-person team. You will work directly with children under BCBA supervision, implementing evidence-based plans.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), pay $20–$26 per hour, paid training, monthly bonuses, referral bonuses, and growth opportunities toward Lead RBT or BCBA roles. Reliable transportation required.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference.
