Blue Jay ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC. This part-time position offers in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering one-on-one behavior therapy sessions is preferred.
• Ability to collect and record client progress data using software or manual methods.
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
