Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy for children and adolescents under BCBA supervision in Maryland. The role involves data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and school staff to promote skill development in everyday settings.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), strong communication, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient, empathetic, and focused on helping others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
