Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and adolescents with autism. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision and help clients acquire new skills in everyday settings.

The position offers opportunities to collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams, providing services in home, school, and community environments while prioritizing confidentiality, empathy, and progress data collection.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities
