Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, under BCBA supervision. This part-time role focuses on implementing individualized ABA strategies in home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills, with at least a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred). Training and ongoing supervision provided.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement client‑specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

Education

High school diploma

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities
