We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Middlebury, CT.
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in a home or community setting, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and needs
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and colleagues
Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.) or currently enrolled in a program leading to a degree
RBT certification or ability to obtain within [insert timeframe]
