About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bethany, CT. As an RBT with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress


• Providing positive reinforcement and reinforcement-based procedures to increase desired behaviors


• Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and progress


• Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
