Galaxy ABA NC LLC in McLeansville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA.

This role uses play-based, child-led approaches, data collection, and collaboration with families and supervisors, with training and mentorship to support growth into more advanced RBT roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete before starting, provided by Galaxy ABA.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide CPR, HIPAA, TB clearance (support provided).

Job Summary

Galaxy ABA NC LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in McLeansville, NC! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What We're Looking For

• High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete before starting, provided by Galaxy ABA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety
• Ability to pass background checks and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided)
