Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 40-hour RBT training preferred or willing to complete before starting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in active play.
• Background checks, CPR, HIPAA, TB clearance required (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use play-based, child-led approaches to therapy.
• Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, parents and team members.
