Responsibilities include implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans, collecting data, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment. The role offers paid training, flexible weekday schedules, some weekend options, and travel up to 25% within the area.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete before starting, provided by Galaxy ABA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided).

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
