Job summary

Atomic ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing ABA practice in Los Alamos, NM. Work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help children build essential skills in home, clinic, or community settings.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional development, and support through ongoing clinical supervision. Training to obtain RBT certification is provided, with competitive hourly pay of $18–$20.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
• A compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.
