Job summary

Best Buds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Aurora team. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and support clients and families with warmth and professionalism.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and reimbursement for travel and mileage. A current RBT certification, HS diploma, and reliable transportation are required to work with ASD and other developmental disabilities in the Denver metro area.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and ABA knowledge preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and families with care.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other RBTs to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate progress records and intervene as needed.

About You: You're a certified RBT with a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You're all about implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and providing support and guidance to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
