Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings under supervision.

You will implement programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA, families and peers; travel up to 25% may be required.

Overview

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Above and Beyond Therapy provides high‑quality ABA‑based individualized treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role is performed in home or clinic settings, working closely with a supervising BCBA, peers, and families to support each child’s development.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT certification (required)
