Above and Beyond Therapy in the United States seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA-based treatment to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

You will work under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and participate in staff trainings, with up to 25% travel and a valid driver’s license. This role requires RBT certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Above and Beyond Therapy provides high‑quality ABA‑based individualized treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role is performed in home or clinic settings, working closely with a supervising BCBA, peers, and families to support each child’s development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for all appointments, with a valid driver’s license
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
