Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and collaborate with families and peers to support each child’s development.

Responsibilities include collecting data, submitting session notes, and participating in staff meetings and trainings, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Overview

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Above and Beyond Therapy provides high‑quality ABA‑based individualized treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role is performed in home or clinic settings, working closely with a supervising BCBA, peers, and families to support each child’s development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for all appointments, with a valid driver’s license
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT certification (required)
