Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with autism and other developmental needs in school settings.

Under supervision of BCBA or qualified professionals, you will implement behavior support plans and collect data to track progress. We offer varied placement opportunities, ongoing clinical support from leads, and professional development to help you grow within our multi-state service footprint.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from the BACB required (or in progress)
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities in school/clinical settings

  Position Summary:
  As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you willprovide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect dataon student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing behavior support to students

• Delivering direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principals

• Data collection and progress monitoring

• Skill acquisition support

• Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans

• Collaboration with all team members

• Documentation
  Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)(Required)

• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field, is preferred

• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
