Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized plans and collecting data across home, school, and community settings.

The position is part-time in Provo, Utah, offering a flexible schedule and benefits. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Training and supervision are provided to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Golden Touch ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
