Job summary

My ABA Family LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Lake Buena Vista/Greater Orlando area to deliver ABA therapy across home, school, community, and clinic settings. Role includes supervision from a BCBA or BCaBA and ongoing professional support.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have reliable transportation, and are passionate about helping children and families gain communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to serve spanish-speaking clients.
• Professional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client locations.
• OCPS Green vendor badge (if applicable) or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services at home, school, community, and clinic settings in the Greater Orlando area.

My ABA Family LLC provides high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs. We are dedicated to helping each client improve communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans.

We are currently hiring passionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based, school-based, community-based, and clinic-based ABA therapy services in the Greater Orlando area.

As an RBT with My ABA Family LLC, you will work directly with clients and receive ongoing support, training, and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
