Great Gains ABA in Crestview, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-led team and help deliver compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children in-home, school, or clinic.

You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support each client’s growth. A supportive culture emphasizes professional development and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or child-care experience is a plus.
• Pass background check required.
• Reliable transportation and local travel allowed.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Crestview, FL

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications
