Job summary

Arise Autism Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic in Clermont, FL. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect progress data, collaborating with families and the team to drive client success.

The role emphasizes a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Certification as RBT is required
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• ABA therapy experience with children is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Clermont, FL

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Must have active Medicaid Provider ID
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
