Job summary

My ABA Family LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism and related conditions. You will work under supervision to implement individualized ABA programs and collect data.

You will collaborate with board-certified behavior analysts, participate in training, and help families apply strategies at home. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions, including assessment, data collection, and program implementation

Requirements:
