Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior plans and provide ABA-based interventions for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include safety monitoring, record-keeping, and modifying activities to support positive behavior. Candidates must pass a background check, have reliable transportation, liability insurance, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
• Liability insurance
• Experience working with children/adolescents — At least 1 year working in ABA

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and interventions established by behavior analyst.
• Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using ABA techniques in home, community, and/or school.
• Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems.
• Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor.
• Record and document observations of patient behavior.
• Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions.
• Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects.
• Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients.
• Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; recognize and report abuse.
