Job summary

My ABA Family LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy across home, school, community, and clinic settings in the Greater Orlando area. You will work with clients under supervision by BCBA/BCaBA, with ongoing training and support.

We offer flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team, with pay ranging from $27 to $30 per hour. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and OCPS badge are required for serving Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications

My ABA Family LLC provides high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs. We are dedicated to helping each client improve communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans.

We are currently hiring passionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based, school-based, community-based, and clinic-based ABA therapy services in the Greater Orlando area.

As an RBT with My ABA Family LLC, you will work directly with clients and receive ongoing support, training, and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
