Job summary

Abtaba, based in Kinston, North Carolina, is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and direct ABA therapy in various environments. Ideal candidates will have experience with children and a valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to commute from each location
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)

Schedule & Travel

• Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
