Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Therapy is delivered in homes, schools, and clinics with a focus on communication, social and daily living skills.

You will collect data to inform treatment plans and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the team to ensure effective progress and client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Physical ability for active play and therapy.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.

Join a mission-driven team committed to meaningful progress using evidence-based approaches like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.
