Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to inform treatment plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate, consistent support and active participation with children to promote communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
