Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD. Therapists work in homes, schools, and clinics, using evidence-based methods like DTT and NET to foster communication, social and daily living skills.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers, and create a safe, supportive environment that helps each child progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children and passion for ASD support.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
