Job summary

SkyCare ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to inform treatment plans, while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

The role supports flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time options, and offers ongoing supervision and professional development as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.
• Physically able to participate in active play and therapy activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
