Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Honolulu. The role offers $30/hour billable with Tue/Thu 3:00–6:00 PM sessions. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers the region.

You will deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-designed plan, with family support and supervision. The schedule provides flexibility and opportunities to advance your BCBA supervision hours.

• Available Tue/Thu 3:00–6:00 PM for in-home sessions in Honolulu.
• BCBA is assigned to the case and covers the region.
• Current RBT at Step Ahead gets first consideration for new cases.

What we won't do is pretend you're picking from a menu — the client's needs come first, and that's the job.

The clinical side

• You deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start. You get the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support.
• Supervision is supportive. Your Step Ahead BCBA provides competency assessments, observation, and feedback you can use — not just a signature.
• You collect session data and submit notes for the work you do. Non-billable time is paid, and the rate is below.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.
