Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings for children with ASD. You will implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and collect data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with peers and families, regular trainings, and a supportive environment with growth opportunities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT certification required.
