Job summary

Aim Higher ABA in Henderson, NV is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism during after-school hours. This part-time position requires traveling to client homes and dependable transportation.

• Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play-based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high quality, compassionate care. We are currently looking for reliable Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time, after-school hours, with some weekend availability. This position requires working in client homes, so dependability and reliable transportation are required.

Pay for Registered Behavior Technician Position

$27-$30 per hour + Sign on Bonus of $250!
