Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is seeking part-time RBTs for in-home ABA therapy. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, follow treatment plans, and maintain the dignity and safety of clients in their homes.

Requirements include an active Nevada RBT license and reliable transportation. Evening and weekend availability is helpful to support after-school hours and family needs.

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written.
• Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times.
• Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning.
• Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs.

About the role

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in‑home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play‑based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high‑quality, compassionate care.

We are currently looking for reliable RBTs for part‑time, after‑school hours, with some weekend availability. This position requires working in client homes, so dependability and reliable transportation are required.

Pay

$28‑$30/ hr
