Job summary

Total Care ABA in Utah is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in-home and in-school settings. Earn $18–$30 per hour with flexible schedules that fit your lifestyle while helping children reach meaningful progress.

As part of our compassionate team, you’ll receive training, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Travel to client homes across Utah is required, with scheduling designed for part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client’s homes and community settings to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Utah.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commitment to learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughoutUtah
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required
